Fretz Forming Hammer with 9 Faces 710058
No size given in web catalog.
This is a little hammer (smaller than I expected). The faces measure 3/4" 18mm in diameter. Metal part of head is 2 3/4" 72mm long. Hammer with two faces attached weighs 137g (a bit less than 5 oz). Hard nylon or polypropylene faces are secured by a tiny setscrew that clamps the stem. Allen key for setscrew included ( Fortunately the faces and head are made accurately so the faces sit flat on the head and it does not appear that they will wobble loose with use. Handle 7 3/4" 200mm long. Very nicely made and finished.
Would have rated 4 if the catalog included accurate size description. Would have rated 5 if it were scaled up to 1" diameter.

Fretz Forming Hammer
I'm pretty sure this hammer is not made by Fretz and figured as much when I bought it, but it's pretty cheap so it seemed worth the gamble. First problem was that I had to sand the stems of the hammer faces I received in order for them to fit into the hammer. After doing so, I successfully used the hammer a few times before the the entire head flew off and fell on the floor and both heads snapped off at their stems. Beware.
