Get To Know Our Team 💬 | Store Updates with Laci ‼️

At Thunderbird Supply, there’s so much more happening than what you see on the surface. From helping customers find the perfect materials to keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, it’s truly a team effort every single day. In our latest video, we’re excited to give you a closer look at the people who make it all happen—our incredible Gallup store team.

This behind-the-scenes feature is all about connection. We wanted to give you the chance to get to know the faces, personalities, and stories that bring Thunderbird Supply to life. Each team member plays an important role, and in this video, we highlight not just what they do, but a little bit of who they are as well.

Throughout the video, Laci spent time with several employees, asking them a mix of fun and thoughtful questions to help showcase their personalities. Some of the questions included what they do at Thunderbird Supply in just one sentence, their favorite product in the store right now, and even their go-to lunch spots. She also mixed in a few lighthearted choices—like whether they prefer coffee or tea, if they’re early birds or night owls, and of course, the classic debate: coral or turquoise.

These small glimpses into their preferences and routines make it easy to see the individuality within the team, while also highlighting the shared passion everyone has for their work. Whether someone is drawn to bold stones, classic designs, or simply enjoys helping customers bring their ideas to life, that enthusiasm is a common thread across the store.

In addition to introducing the team, Laci also shares a number of updates about what’s been happening at the Gallup location over the past month. It’s been a busy and exciting time, with several events and projects taking place.

Earlier this month, the team had the opportunity to spend ti me with Project Venture, a program that focuses on youth development and outdoor experiences. The visit was a meaningful one, and the team genuinely enjoyed the time they spent together. We even captured video footage from that morning, which we’re looking forward to sharing soon so you can experience a bit of it with us.

On the operations side, the Mail Order department recently held a two-day super sale at the beginning of the month. The response was incredible, with a high volume of orders coming in over a short period of time. Thanks to the team’s hard work and coordination, all orders were processed and shipped out by Thursday, making it a fast-paced but very successful event.

There are also some exciting new products on the way. About a week ago, we received a new batch of sand cast findings, and they’re definitely something special. Each piece is made from sterling silver and, because of the sand casting process, no two pieces are exactly alike. That uniqueness is part of what makes them so appealing—they carry a handmade quality that stands out in every detail. We’re currently working on getting these items ready for the website, with plans to have them available online around May.

Another highlight from the month was a visit to a local radio station. Laci joined Rayna to record an upcoming advertisement, offering a behind-the-scenes look at yet another side of what goes into running and promoting the store. It was a fun experience and a reminder of all the different ways the team connects with the community.

All of these moments—big and small—paint a picture of daily life at Thunderbird Supply. It’s not just about products, but about people, creativity, and the shared effort that keeps everything moving forward.

We hope this video gives you a deeper appreciation for the team here in Gallup and helps you feel a little more connected to our world. From favorite products to everyday routines, it’s the people behind Thunderbird Supply who truly make the difference.
