On April 25, members of the Thunderbird Supply Co. team — bowling under the name Scuddlepuff Magical Mystery Tour Featuring Captain Pease and his Electric, Flying, World Destroying, Louder than an Angry Monkey Tambourine — had the opportunity to take part in something bigger than just a day at the bowling alley. Our crew — Lebain, Joey, Scott, Larrison, and Jude — hit the lanes at Gal-A-Bowl in Gallup for the annual Bowl for Kids’ Sake event, supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Mexico.
This year’s event brought a fun, music-inspired theme, encouraging teams to “Band Together” while raising funds to support youth mentorship programs. Bowl for Kids’ Sake is the organization’s largest annual fundraiser, helping create meaningful, one-on-one connections that guide young people toward stronger, more confident futures.
Participants came together with a shared goal: to raise funds, build community, and support mentorship opportunities that have a lasting impact. Every contribution helps expand programs that give kids the support, encouragement, and guidance they need to thrive.
We’re proud of our team for showing up, representing Thunderbird, and supporting a cause that aligns with the values we care about most—community, connection, and investing in future generations.
